This policy explains what information Reebore Software (“we”, “us”) collects through reebore.com and our software, and how we use it. We collect only what we need to deliver downloads, licenses and updates. We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking cookies.
1. Information we collect
- Website downloads: basic technical information such as your IP address, approximate country and browser type, used to deliver files and produce download statistics.
- Purchases: your email address and order details, used to deliver and support your license. Payments are handled by PayPal; we never see your card or bank details.
- Software: license information and an anonymous device identifier, used to activate your license, and the software version, used to check for updates.
The videos you download, the links you use and your files stay on your computer. We do not collect them.
2. Service providers
We use trusted providers to run our service: Cloudflare (hosting), PayPal (payments) and Resend (email delivery). They process data only on our behalf.
3. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected].
5. Children
Our products are not directed at children under 16.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
